The Terms Of Service shall apply to all items purchased from Trouvé Hom.
By purchasing with Trouvé Hom, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.

HOLDS:

Trouvé Hom does not place items on hold longer than 48 hours without full payment. From the date a hold is initiated, the client has 48 hours before the item(s) is placed back into our inventory.

PAYMENT:

Trouvé Hom accepts credit card or wire transfer as payment for a purchase. Payments are non-refundable once a transaction is complete.

RETURNS/STORE CREDIT:

Trouvé Hom does not offer returns. All vintage items and/or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE.
Depending on the circumstances, Trouvé Hom may agree to exchange products only for vintage home accessories under the “Shop” category.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING:

All items should be opened and inspected by the Buyer within 24 hours of receiving a shipment/Delivery. Any lost packages and/or damages due to shipping are not the responsibility of Trouvé Hom, though can be reported to Trouvé Hom within 48 hours after a shipment is delivered to help facilitate a courier claim.

Cost of delivery/shipping is not included in the listing price of an item. If the buyer does not wish to use the quote that is provided by The Somerset House, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to make all the necessary arrangements for the shipment of their purchase.

If Trouvé Hom is unable to deliver your purchase because of actions or circumstances under the control of the Buyer and/or out of the control of Trouvé Hom, then Trouvé Hom shall be entitled to place the goods in storage until a delivery or pick up is arranged. Buyer shall be liable for any expense(s) associated with such storage.

PICK-UP:

Buyers who choose to pick up their items from Trouvé Hom must do so within one week of purchase. After one week, a storage fee will apply before items are released to the buyer. The storage fee will be determined depending on the item size and location.

When/if purchases are not picked up or shipping is not arranged within a month, it will be considered abandoned property and donated unless otherwise arranged by the buyer.
